I have a date for my ILR application

Post by rebeccac » Tue Jan 02, 2007 2:14 pm

I am attending POE Croydon on Tuesday, 9 January at 11.00 am for my application.

I have completed the Set(M) form and am putting together the required documentation during this week.

I have posted before about concerns re documentation as my husband and I live with his mum.

I am Australian and my husband English. I have always been in time and applied for the correct visas where necessary.

My husband will be with me when I make the application in person. Can we expect to be interviewed seperately?

The other thing I am worried about is that my husband is not currently working. He is not in receipt of any benefits as the money I make is able to support us both.

We have evidence of just short of £2,000 in savings.

Do you think we will come across any problems?
