Do I have eligibility to apply now pls?

I came to UK Tier 2 ICT long term visa on 2014. My husband got ILR by 2015 and citizenship by 2016. We've been living in UK since 2014. I've received my ILR last week. 18th Nov 2021. In the standard procedure I understand that I should wait for another 12 months to apply for Citizenship.

However, my husband for his citizenship by 2016, Is my understanding is correct that I can apply for citizenship under this root by now itself instead of waiting for another 12 months? https://www.gov.uk/apply-citizenship-spouse
