Referring to Rella and studentincount's discussions, I was lucky enough to hear in july that swithcing would change by october, so although i did have a student visa, I made the application from belgium that time where i was doing traineeship. I c that I would have the same problem if I applied as in-country.
Still waiting for (hopefully ofcourse) their approval, but I just wondered now:
My student visa expires, by july 2005 and i stopped studying my MA, as i exclusively got an MA from another uk university where I had physically studied just for 5 months in the past and for which i had got 6 month student visa (later when I enrolled at the second university, i extended to july 2005). and i wont have any degree from the second university.
Do you think, when I apply to EC, would the consular guys ask too many things?? Because, when I will apply I will still have a valid uk visa! can they understand that although I stopped studying the second uni and i kept residing in the UK?
