Health and care visa spouse as dependent

The question in my spouse visa application asks:
Does anyone rely on you for financial support?
As my husband is applying as a dependent spouse, do we need to add our kids to this question asked in his application or do my children will on be dependent on me?

I am concerned as he is going on my sponsorship certificate, he as no job in UK right now so how can he support our kids
