Health and care worker visa/got a job, any advice?

Hi everybody
I'm a pharmacist and I got a job offer in the UK. The company didn't have sponsership license. So they applied to get one. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for my GPhC return to register decision.
Anything you can tell me to help me get my visa?
Any document I need?
In the UK.gov, it says I should have 1200 pounds in the bank and ....
Any tip to prepare my documents? Also, I overstayed 8 years ago for about 2 months, but I left after I got the declined ILR response.
