Health-check up of T1Ent Visa

Post by samaygrg » Mon Mar 21, 2016 6:09 pm

Hi all

Recently I was come across one issue raised by a solicitor to one friend of mine, regarding the 'health-check' of T1 Ent visa to be done once one is around in the middle of the journey.
I quite liked the idea raised by the professional. But do not have a lot of ideas about it, so wondering if any of us has come across this or have already checked up your stay conditions'.

Thanks and would appreciate if anyone can share anything about it.

Immigration rules are always subject to change. The rules and laws are regularly changed, therefore migrants must follow these changes carefully and understand them fully. It is the sole responsibility of a person to ensure they are legally working and living here. I think it is a great idea to regularly review the immigration rules changes and prepare any course of action well in advance because migrants do not get appeal rights any more (except for human right cases)
Ignorance is no excuse when it comes to immigration rules. It is very important for everyone to understand the conditions of their stay in the UK as HO been granted range of powers to stop and punish individuals who break the rules.
