Health in Pregnancy Grant Received and paid back to HMRC

Dear Members,

I am on Tier-1 visa and my wife is on Tier-1 dependent visa. My wife had applied for HPG (Health in Pregnancy Grant) as midwife told her that if she will not be eligible then HMRC will reject the claim. But by mistake HMRC paid the money in my account. I have written back to them that we are not eligible for it and finally they asked me to return the money which I did.

Will it be considered that I have received the benefit for my dependent even though I have refunded the same and will it affect my ILR?
