On hearing will they ask for update statement for sponsor?

dear experienced members i would really appreciate your opinions on this case. my hearing is in January and i am really confused now i have cleared all of my points and grounds now the point is will they ask me update statement on the day of hearing ??? my sponsor actually spent some money and its not 50k anymore so i am confused now what should i do.....please any advise for me?

PLEASE ANYONE HERE TO ADVISE ME ?
Somebody told me today if you havent provided company house current report then it cannot be debate in court on flexible law so they might going to refuse u for that pleaseeeeeee advise

You should not take updated statement to the hearing if you know that the fund is less than 50k, the reason is that its better you just tell them you didn't have it with you rather than giving them the one with less funds.

Anyway, most of the appellant hardly have problem with updated statement because they usually focus on refusal point and asking if your business is trading.

On the issue of CAR, if you didn't submit it in your previous application, you should make plans for new application because its a requirement which you didn't follow and judge might use that against you. You can then submit a fresh application within few days if your appeal is refused.

thank you very much for your advise i have point which is my lawyer applied for me and i have got inquiry with in 8 months there they have asked me to show them new statement contact details of sponsor and client and my advertisement my cv and everything well this was really a big time mess for me so what happened in inquiry they havent asked me for CAR i have seen some posts here where they have mentioned about their refusals about CAR and they have won the case on the flexibility law my lawyer have provided welcome note from company houses and other related documents from them but even now i am not sure if he hasnt or if he has but somebody told me on flexibility law they may consider it.
