Hi i am on tier 2 general visa and completed my five years on the work permit but my salary is 30k at the moment and my visa expires on march 2020 .

And i am completing my 9 years in feb 2020. So my question is, can I switch to study visa from tier 2? So i can come in 10 year route..

Can u help me please for this, i need a good advice on it?
I will be very thankful for u for ur advice .

I am assuming you are not under shortage occupation route so the tier 2 ILR threshold would apply.
The study route is an unlikely change as you will find it difficult to get a tier 4 CAS given the circumstances you have outlined.
You could apply for an extension for a year under tier 2 to bring you to the maximum period and that would get you to your 10 years.
