I need clarification for this.

May I know if UKVI-IELTS expires 10days after Tier-2 Visa biometrics, it would be a

Problem to the applicant that went for Standard Service? This is the first time of application using

the UKVI-IELTS and application & biometrics were done outside the UK 10days before expiration

of the result.

Any one with idea about this or with similar experience kindly share.

This is the first time of application using the UKVI-IELTS and application & biometrics were done outside the UK 10days before expiration of the result. Can this lead to visa refusal?

Any one with idea about this or with similar experience kindly share.

Does it pose any problem if VALID documents at the time of Tier-2 visa application & documents

submission (IELTS, TB certificate) get EXPIRED during waiting period for visa approval?

As long as the documents were valid at the time of application and do not expire before the end of the current visa expiry date then you will not have a problem. If the documents expire before the visa expiry date then the caseworker could technically ask for up to date documents but that is unlikely. In the main date of application with current at that date documents will be acceptable.

May I ask if this is also applicable for one who is JUST getting a CoS for the first time, had

never had a Tier2/Tier4 Visa before and just applying for Tier2 with these documents for the first

time.

currently based outside the UK. With no current Visa running.

As long as the documents are valid at the application date then it applies to first time applications too.
