HELP................ 5406 - EX COMMON PARTNER

Hye ...Please can someone help....

I am struggling with the above form. I have declaired on another form my ex common partner, we are not on good terms and this ended nearly ten years ago. Now on form imm 5406 it asks details of common law partner, WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. But the declaration asks me to sign that I do not have a common law OR ex common law partner.

1. Do I have to put my ex parnter down in the first box? If so then he needs to complete an imm 5406 also....but how....we do not even speak for nearly ten years!!!

IMM 5406 form is for Canadian immigration and this is a UK immigation forum.
