help and advise needed

hi all,
we got farani for appeal,also we got 2 rejection point that is
1.third party bank statement not have applicant name
2.no advertisement material

now me and my partner opened joint account and have 50k
also going to take advertisement materials like elance and gumtree print out which we also submitted same in interview but given rejection point as not submitted,
any idea and advise needed, will they accept now applicant joint account 50k balance?
Also my 10yrs eligibility from this august 2014

@ riaz1982, most judges wont accept the joint account you just open as you have applied with a third party bank letter.

But whatever the outcome of your appeal, you still have the option of your 10yrs long residency which you are very lucky as you can push your appeal to that time.

Yes you have 80% chances that judge will consider your new joint bank statement (more positive if in UK), But you have to prepare the grounds that why you are not using third party any more. your 2nd rejection will also be justifiable by submitting business cards, gumtree add etc.
About your 10 yrs eligibility you are 5 months short, you can drag yourself in by submitting the docs on the last dates on each process only If you do not get any positive response from FTT.
In the end i would say that you have bright chances to win your case.

yes my partner got date in end of july
but not confirmed yet because i got problem with payment card,so tribunal sent me new for to fill the fee card details and given dedline to send back to them by 2nd week of march.
so will i get same date as my partner or different dates?

need advise please
me and my partner got rejected in tier 1 enter
my partner applied for appeal in end of january and got hearing date on end of july

but mine still not sorted with payments,
me,my wife and daughter payment sent but my card payment accepted for myself and for my wife,then tribunal sent new form to pay for my daughter and given time to pay by 2nd week of march.
i am also eligible for 10yrs from this august
so my doubt is after i paid all my payment to tribunal ,will i get same date as my partner or different dates?

@ riaz1982, you should sort your appeal payment first after which your appeal date will be send to you within 4-8weeks after payment. Then you or your solicitor can then write to the tribunal to request for same date for you and your entrepreneur team member which the tribunal usually grant as its easier for the judge to decide your cases together if your refusal points are the same.

my appeal is still in process to get my hearing date
also i am eligible for 10yrs scheme from august 2014
so incase if i lost ftt and going to ut,inbetween i am eligible for 10yrs scheme but if i lost ftt, will that break my 10yrs lawful residence?

Just relax

i think u r in a safe zone.

Let say your appeal hearing is on 15th july and u r completing 10 years on 15th August.

After hearing court takes 2 to 3 weeks to send u determination of your appeal if let u refuse appeal then u have 5 days from ftt letter

to apply to PTA to fft to ut. it will take another 3 weeks to give u response whether your PTA is accepted or not.

Suppose your PTA is refused than u have a chance to go to PTA to direct Ut to go to Ut, it will take another 2 to 3 weeks.

if u refuse than end of story but u can be overstay for 28 days and u still eligible for ILR. As 28 days overstay time will be

disregarded.
