Help - PR Application dates abroad

Hi Guys,

I'm really overthinking the application and I got stuck on the dates abroad question. It asks for the departure and return dates and also days absent, which should include only the days outside the UK.
would that mean the departure and return dates should include travel dates or purely days absent?
Can someone help, please?


Also, would there be any consequences for an employer who employed me without WRS?

When calculating days absent don't include the travel day out or back.
That's guidance HO gives for forms I've filled in.

As for WRS the problem is more for the employee who may find no work before 2011 counts towards acquiring PR.
