Help in applying Dependent Visa!!

Hi,

I was in UK for more than 3 years before getting my Tier-1 visa in June, 2011. My wife was in UK till July,2011(more than 1 year) and she has travelled back to India for applying dependent visa. I have few questions around applying dependent visa.
1. I'm outside UK from July,2011 , can my wife apply for dependent visa from India considering the fact that I'm not more residing in UK.
2. Maintenance Funds required in my bank for supporting my wife

If you fulfill all the requirements then you should be fine. Have you left UK for good or on a business trip. If you have left for good then it could be difficult.
