Help! are NCC students eligible for psw?

Hi i'm a newbie over here...Pls somebody tell me, Can PgDiploma students awarded by NCC apply for a psw visa without Masters or not? Are there any credits for NCC courses?

you can't get PSW with a PgDiploma

you can top up your PG Dip and get an MBA, then you can apply for PSW.
