Hello
I hope everyone is doing well. I am currently in the process of applying for FLR M. As part of the documents required, we need to submit cohabitation evidence.
Background
- Lived at Property 1: Aug 2021 to Aug 2022;
- Lived at Property 2: Aug 2022 to Present;
- Entry Clearance as Spouse in July 2021;
- Due to apply for FLR - M in early April 2024;
I have compiled the list below of documents I am planning to submit - could someone kindly please review and advise if this is sufficient or if I need more?
Property 1:
August 2021 - JOINT Tenancy Agreement (this is dated over 2 years ago however it is evidence we were living at property 1 together)
September 2021 - Broadband New Contract (Sponsor) (No bills available for broadband for Property 1 unfortunately)
February 2022 - JOINT Electricity Bill
March 2022 - JOINT Council Tax Bill
May 2022 - Individual Bank Statement (Applicant)
July 2022 - JOINT Electricity Bill
August 2022 - JOINT Council Tax Bill
Notes on Property 1- Sponsor forgot to change her bank details from her parents address to Property 1 address as all statements were online. This was rectified when moved to Property 2.
Property 2
August 2022 - JOINT Tenancy Agreement (this will also be submitted as part of the accommodation requirement)
Applicant
October 2022 - Electoral Roll Registration Letter
October 2022 - DVLA V5C Certificate
December 2022 - Current Bank Account Statement
February 2023 - Payslip
March 2023 - Health Social Care Northern Ireland Medical Card (HSC is the NHS equivalent in Northern Ireland)
April 2023 - Payslip
May 2023 - Current Bank Account Statement
June 2023 - Hospital Appointment Letter
September 2023 - Current Bank Account Statement
December 2023 - Payslip
March 2024 - Current Bank Account Statement
Sponsor
September 2022 - Health Social Care Northern Ireland Medical Card (HSC is the NHS equivalent in Northern Ireland)
October 2022 - Electoral Roll Registration Letter
October 2022 - Car Sales Invoice
January 2023 - HMRC Letter
April 2023 - Credit Account Statement
June 2023 - Broadband Bill
September 2023 - Car Warranty Reminder Letter
November 2023 - Credit Account Statement
January 2024 - HMRC Letter
March 2024 - Broadband Bill
Notes on Property 2:
- In Northern Ireland, it is common for landlords to pay council tax instead of the tenants. This is mentioned in our tenancy agreement.
- Electricity and gas is topped up using a pay-as-you-go card so we do not have any bills on our name for this.
- Water is free in Northern Ireland so we do not have any water bills either.
Please let me know comments/feedback! Is there anything I should mention in the supporting letter which relates to the above evidence/notes?
Thanks so much!
