help on Documents required from employer to process Tier 2 (General) Dependent Visa

Post by chandra195 » Wed Dec 11, 2019 9:42 am

Hello All,

I hold a Tier 2 General Visa and planning to apply dependent visa for my wife and son. They are in UK now on Tier 2 ICT visa and my son on Tier 2 ICT Dependent. My employer is not aware of the documents and process involved and pointing me towards the solicitor. Can someone please help me with the list of documents required for processing Tier 2 Dependent Visa so that I can process the visa application on my own please?

Thanks in Advance and I appreciate the help you provide.

Thanks,
Chandra

See https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/family-members

and the guidance for applicants:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... rs-1-2-4-5

Your employer is not involved, nor do they need to provide anything for a dependant application.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
