Help me EU family permit

Hi, please help me

I've had my visa curtailed as couldn't attend college. But would like to marry my boyfriend.

My boyfriend has an EE family visa 5 years which he obtained as a father to Eu child (the girlfriend was german and had a child with him unfortunately the lady died in 2010)
We want to get marrried and apply for my visa but not sure if it's possible to apply and in what route?

i don't think he can sponsor you now unless he Permanent resident holder and earning over 18k

Does that mean we can't be together here in the uk until he's got a PR card? He's into the 3rd year of his 5yr ee visa.

Problem is I'm pregnant ? How can I go about it. Please help me.
