In another topic you mention a wife, so why are you asking about a single parent?

Until ILR you have no ability to claim any benefits within the definition of Public Funds.

As she has ILR she can claim any benefits that her circumstances dictate she is entitled to.

hi thanks John
she like to claim Income support because of child and single parent,so
(1)she can claim Income support?
(2)if she claim Income support she no need to go every 15 days to job centre for signing is that correct?

This is an immigration-related board, but you are asking benefit-related questions. OK, the two matters do sometimes intermingle but you already know she can claim any benefit to which her circumstances dictate she is entitled to.

Suspect the answer to your question depends upon the age of the child.
