ILR SET and Time Question

Post by manuella254 » Wed Apr 30, 2025 12:51 am

Hi All,
First thank you for the help you give us on this forum.
Am just wondering if i am right on the time and the set i must apply through for upcoming ILR.

History, On a 5 Year Route
I was granted leave to enter as a Spouse/ Partner BRP date of issue 06-07-2020
I Physically entered UK on 11 Sep 2020 as stamped
I extended my Leave to Remain under Spouse/Partner BRP date of issue 24-04-23
I have not been outside UK at any point between entry and now.

Looking at online ILR calculator it says the earliest i can Apply is 8 June 2025, Could someone help me to confirm this is correct as i don't want to apply too early?
I am planning to apply early July just to be safe.

Also, i take it its ILR Set M am supposed to Apply?

Just getting panicky about this.

Thank you all and wish all Good Health.

Manuella

Under family route, the earliest ILR eligibility date is within 28 days of completing 60 months in the UK (starting from the very first entry date). So you will be eligible from mid-August onwards. Apply using form SET(M) then

That question has no bearing on the ILR decision. It does not matter.
Your document list seem to be sufficient.
