help: I need HSMP old Leaflet(Guidance) issued on 28/01/2003

My application was approved in early 2003 based on the HSMP old criteria announced on 28/01/2003. But I lost the old leaflet (Guidance). If you have the old leaflet (not the newest) please kindly post it or send it to my email box. Thanks.
