Help needed in filling VAF2 form

I am now trying to fill VAF2 form for my kid who was born in India after I and my wife returned to India 15 months back.

We both have valid ILR and are returning to UK for settlement.

As I am filling this form on behalf of my kid who is 9 months old, sponsor would be myself.

First of all, I am not sure if I can submit this application to the local british consulate in India.

Secondly, I have difficulty in filling "sponsor's contact details" in the form.

The only contact details I have at the moment is my Indian address details where I am currently staying. If I am expected to fill the UK contact details, I can give my hotel address where I will be staying, but I will get to know above details only during close to my travel.After that my company would be providing me a permanent accommodation.

Any ideas how I need to address this situation?

Once submitted, how long it will take to get the ILR for my kid?

Please help.

The VAF2 for the Child Settlement visa needs to be completed as if the child was personally holding the pen and answering the questions. Appreciating that makes it easy to answer questions like "Are you married?".

Sponsor details? You. Do appreciate that in order to get the Child Settlement Visa issued there is a financial test to pass, and also an accommodation one. How you you propose to pass the accommodation test? That is, is the accommodation available to your child in the UK "suitable" and certainly not overcrowded?

I will be able to provide accommodation and financial details once I get to close to my travel to UK or soon after reaching UK but I do not have or know these details now and I am currently in India.

My question is, will it be possible to get an Blimp for my kid with me and my wife being in India? The idea behind this we all would like to travel to UK together.
