Help needed for cousin Set-M ILR.

I have created new topic as my previous topic is locked (indefinite-leave-to-remain/help-needed- ... 49847.html).

And I am writing on behalf of my cousin because she is unable to reset his password for ID= Sat79$ on this forum (indefinite-leave-to-remain/absence-conf ... l#p1944416) and she is not getting any password reset link from immigrationboards.

Basically she wanted to ask urgent question for ILR on basis of 5 years spouse route FLR-M with two children. And her husband has British passport since 2018 (on basis of Tier 1 General HSMP- ILR - Citizenship)

"Note: As she could not go to ILR LR because of her long absence already discussed in above links." It has been more than 5 years to her and children on FLR-M spouse route and their visa expire May 2022. (5 years completed already in Feb 2022).

Her question are as follows:

1) is Set-M ILR form correct on basis of FLR-M (spouse route 5 yeras, two extensions 2.5 years each)?

2) can she apply premium service for Set-M ILR?

3) Can two children apply together with her? (Both children born outside uk. One child 13 years and 2nd child 8 years living together since April 2011).

4) Normal application processing time Set-M ILR?

5) if she apply to get ILR first through premium service and father has British passport, can children go to naturalization or direct British passport directly without applying for ILR to save money?

6) If children can not go to either directly to naturalisation or British passport due to born outside UK after her mum ILR, and both children have to get ILR first. After children and mum ILR, can they directly apply Naturalization or British Passport straightaway?

Could you please help her out on this.

1. Yes that's correct is she has had LE/LR Set M and FLR Set M.

5. Regardless of what you assume, passport is the final stage. Only confirmed brits can have a British passport. Children would naturally need ILR first then register MN.
6. Provided one parent has British citizenship and the other has ILR, then the children can register not naturalise as that is for adults.
