help needed for ILR under refugee status

I have leave to remain as a refugee and am doing the ILR application. Its been nearly 5 years as refugee. ILR form P online.
I applied for Asylum and my initial application was refused and later it was approved, while I am filling up the children's application for ILR its asks about immigration history. If any application was refused does the refusal count as only mine or I have to notify refusal in my children's application as well?

My children were born after my asylum application and are not registered with Pakistani authorities as they didn't require to travel. They have BRP as only ID document. I have a child born after refugee status. They were not included in the initial application. Should I notify them as Pakistani citizen even if they are not registered with Paksitani authorities?

If a child's application was not refused, then you do not mention it in their application. Children born in the UK do not need ILR and can be registered as British once you get ILR
