Help needed for Tier 1 dependant visa

Can someone please help me out here?

I have been living in UK for the last 3 years on HSMP (first) and Tier-1 PBS from mar 2010 onwards. I am getting married next month and my wife would be applying dependant visa from India in feb 2011.

My query goes like this, I have been living in the rented house for the last 6 months which I found using gumtree. It was advt. directly by the land lord and hence I was never given the authorized agreement letter. Also, my whole rent includes all the utility bills and therefore I don't have any utility bills on my name.

I have got my bank statements, salary slips and provisional driving license holding my current address. My landlord will also give me NOC certificate. Can I use these documents as proof of my accommodation? I could always write a letter to them mentioning I will soon arrange a suitable accommodation for her.
