HELP needed - NOT ENOUGHT TIME SPENT IN THE UK FOR ILR

Post by jadealien » Fri Apr 09, 2021 9:46 pm

Hello guys, i just extended my spouse visa 3 months before my current spouse visa expires, as I am worried it takes longer than normal to process because of covid. I got pass result after 1 week

However, I am really worried at the moment, because I applied too early, the new BRP will start before my old BRP expires, which means when I want to apply for ILR, I don't have enough time required ( 5 years) to be eligible for ILR

Can you please advise what I should do now? Thanks so muchhhhh

What do you mean by a pass result? What about biometrics?

See also FLR (M) Extension. Applied too soon.
