help needed: post doctorate experince

I want to apply for UK HSMP programme if someone can please tell me as i am working as post doctorate researcher if this 2 years will be counted as work experience or not.
I did master in chemistry and then MPhil in chemistry and then PhD in chemistry and now doing post doctorate so if I get 30 scores for education then if it is possible that i consider my Mphil degree as reasearch experience as for me it is just another degree with no meaning and i was able to do PhD just after master degree.
Moreover if my reserarch publications will be counted as significant achievments or the fellowships i got (altough publications and fellowship are just national levels)
What will be better if i get 25 points for master degree and claim 50 points for experience (MPhil+PhD) or it is not possible.

Further my indian GF is in london on work visa and she just got residence there (we are still not married but plan in 2 years) if I can claim points for partner (i am in india and she is in london working in a IT company we meet only 4-5 times a year either me going there or she coming here).

Here is what i calculate my points
PhD 30 points
MPhil reaseacrh experience 25 points
significant achievements 15 points
Spouse points 10 points

Last but not the least if I can show offer of a post doc position in UK lab as job offer.

postdoctoral experience counts as specialist work experience, make sure you get a strong letter detailing your duties and expertise. i am not sure whether you can count the MPhil as work experience - you can try to get a letter from your supervisor describing just your work and the degree requirements for the job, and not mention the MPhil.

for significant achievement - if you can get letters (from other experts in the same chemistry field) to say that your publications are significant on an international level, you can get the points. also, get a letter from another source (like your supervisor) stating what your role is in those publications (which results did you generate personally). these were the things that were asked of me when i applied. good luck .
