Help needed on Pro Rata salary

Hi,
Wondering if someone can help me please .I am working as a computer programmer . My company is going to sponsor me for tier 2 visa . I am currently earning 25 K which is less then 26 K salary set by UKBA in SOC code. However my working hours are 35.5 per week rather than 37.5. In this case my salary becomes equivalent to 26 K. Can somebody please tell me if i am eligible to apply ?
I will appreciate any help in due course
