Help needed regarding Uk Family Visit Visa Appeal cases

Hi All
Me and my daughter have applied for the UK Family Visit Visa at the UK Border Agency Oslo NORWAY on 5th of April 2011.We got our entry clearence refusal on 9th of May 2011. We send an appeal against refusal on 31 of May 2011 to Stockholm UK border agency. I) have send registered post which have been delivered on 7 June 2011 and its been 4 weeks I didn't receive any email that they got our appeals and didn't send the appeals reference numbers. I am a student in Norway and want to visit my husband who settled in UK. I send so many emails to Stockholm visa section but they are not replying. I don't know what to do. Does anyone give me advise what to do. Actually we have holidays and want to travel this summer.
