Help needed

Dear,
I applied for Permanent residency under Visa Subclass 176 Skilled Sponsored Visa(Victoria Sponsorship – R & D Manager in the VIC SSV List) through an consultancy(based in Chennai). I already paid 30000 Rs to them.
I got skill assessment from VETASSESS.
Now for further processing they want more money (total expenditure is approx. 185000).
So, now I want to process it by myself.
Please suggest me whether it is possible or not?

Please help me.
