HELP! on my 2.5 years LLTR renewal

Hi everyone, I need help on renewing of mine and my daughter 2.5years LLTR. I am confused on the right application route to complete . this will be expired by 24th August next month.

here is the copy of my permission granted "You have been granted permission to stay in the UK under the
Immigration Rules for Family Member as a partner on the 10-year route to
settlement."

here is my daughter permission "You have been granted permission to stay as a child on the family route"

note : my daughter was 17 years old as at the time she was granted but she is 19 years old now.

help on the right links for the application would be appreciated. Thanks
