help me out please ................

hi i got my stamp 4eufam in 2007 i was married to eu citizen . than i got divorce in 2011 . but i never inform to inis . my visa is going to expire in June 2012. i applied for EU3 by solicitor . is anybody have same situation like me? is there anybody got there visa on EU3 like mine situation?

do you have proof of living together ? is she working in ireland ?is she still living in ireland?do you have any children with her ?you have permanent job in ireland . there is few good immigration solicitor in dublin .stewart solocitor parliament st,brophy solicitor parliament st d2,trayers solicitor usher quay d8,sinnot solicitor rathmines,harry murphy dundrum .you can find the details in www.goldenpages.ie .also there is www.mrci.ie www.irishimmigrant.ie they both are free legal and confidentail .good luck

yes i have proof of living togeter for 3 years. but now she is not living in ireland. yes we have 1 boy together but he is living with her. and i apply with trayes solicter. so what do u think i still have chance to get stamp???????????

is your kid hold irish cittizenship.is your wife working all the time in ireland.

thanks again.

yes my kid is holding Irish citizenship . but he is not living in Ireland he live in Poland. she was working before we got child after she did not work and we never took any social

Well as far as i am concerned under the European convention, since you're have lived together for more than three years after the marriage, you're automatically entitled to maintain your status quot. Hope that help you a bit.
