Help Please , How to Make A Request For Reconsideration

please if anyone one can help me in my case , i had been refused for tire 4 in order to extend my visa due to( fund Only ) the money not 28 days in my account , i go through the appeal process and i wait for the hearing till now ..
UKBA issued a new policy for my case as i can SEND a request for Reconsideration ..i want to ask about the following
How to make the request for reconsideration ?
shall i submit all my original documents ( refusal letter , appeal letter , and my passport as well ?
what shall i do concerning the appeal process , shall i continue as it is the main reason to stay legally in UK till now or withdraw my appeal and how can withdraw it ?

Plz your rapid reply shall be highly appreciated as my hearing after 10 days , so i do not know really what shall i do ..

Thanks Sushdmehta for your rapid reply but the topic does not cover all the information that i need at the moment , or what is the shape of the letter or the attached documents which should be sent with ... as it will be just letter or will be treated as official application .

concerning the appeal i do not know what shall i do !

1. There's no form to be filled.
2. Check with UKBA with passport needs to be submitted along with review request or later. Do as advised.
3. Will leave it to you/others to draft the letter itself.

The (linked) topic does answer the rest of the questions (letter requesting review, details to be provided of the application in question, documents to be included) and also a link to the policy guidance issued by UKBA (which you should read carefully).


If you do not want to request for review given that the appeal hearing is just 10 days away, take with you evidence to show that you you had held the required level of funds (for self or for the entire family, as the case may be) at the closing balance on any one day during the one month period prior to the date of application.

It is your wish whether you want to submit a review request to UKBA or wait for the appeal hearing.
