hi

my husband is 46 - he is an IT manager at a Local authority , I am 40 and work in sales /customer service , we have one daughter age 9 - are we unlikely to score high enough ?

yes, your best bet will be to try Employer Nomination Scheme ENS visa http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/skilled-workers/ens/
