Hi everyone,
Please help,,
I am currently under tier 2 general visa and my SOC code at the time of applying for the visa(2 months back) was 2139(IT consultant). Now i wanted to change my job and I found a new sponsor and my SOC code is 2423(Business Analyst). My question here is under what category I would fall under whether as a new entrant or as an experienced. Please note that I am under the age of 26. So can I apply as
a new entrant? Will my stay be extended or it will be as stated in the tier 2 general with the first sponsor? Please note that I am not interested in extending my tier 2, I just wanted to switch sponsor.
