Help please

I am a romanian and my dad is a german citizen by marriage. I spoke with him about me getting a deutsch citizenship but he said it is impossible since he got his citizenship by marriage.

please does anyone know the procedure ?

I am currently in germany and i want to know what authorities do i need to go.
