help please

hi,
i was in uk illigally but now we are going back home to marry, we have two children with my partner who is british, we have decided to go to ireland, will she need to go first to ireland and look for job and then i can join her or i can apply for visa immidietly, what will be required to apply for visa, note that my partner has never be to ireland before,. can i be given visa to go ireland to start life there even thought my partner has never been there

Under the terms of the EU Directive as long as she intends to start working within 3 months of arrival in Ireland then it should be possible for you to get a visa even before she goes to Ireland.
