hi, can somebody help me please
my wife is on post study leave to remain visa expire 2013 , work and opened her own company, and I live oversea (Serbia) and wont to apply for dependent visa and come to live with her (i hope i'm allowed to do thath).
can somebody tell me which exactly form I have to fill??? (I'm confuse and i worried to not make mistake)

The paper version of the application form is VAF 10, but the UKBA in Serbia appear to have a mandatory requirement for applications to be submitted on-line.

It would be better if your, or you partner, read through the extensive information about the requirements and then asked questions about what aspects of that you don't understand. Otherwise you are asking people to provide you with a great deal of information, much of which may not be relevant to your undisclosed circumstances.
