Help on proof of earnings

Help on proof of earnings

Hi,
I am a contractor working via the ltd company route and i am applying for extension of my HSMP visa to Tier 1.
The question i have is regarding the proof of earning
I am going to be submitting the following documents for proof of earnings
1) Personal bank statements
2) Payslips (one payslip per quarter)
3) Dividend vouchers ( one dividend voucher per quarter)
4) Letter from accountant which will indicate the following

Income : £…………..
Expenses: £…………..
Gross Profit: £………….
Corporation Tax: £………….
Net Profit: £………….

Also this letter indicates that i am the sole director of the company

The Net profit figure will match the sum of all the payslips and dividend vouchers

There will be an entry in my personal bank account for every transaction for the payslip and dividend voucher.

Is this evidence enough ? I am confused especially with the information to tell my accountant to put in the accountants letter.

My company year end accounts will be done only after september as the year end is september for my company. My claim period is from October-2008 to June-2009 and hence i cannot give my last years company accounts as evidence beacuse they cover only from Sep-2007 - Sep-2008.

I am very nervous whether this evvidence would be enough so any advise on my proof of earnings documents would be greatly appreciated.

Your evidences looks fine.

Your company year-end has nothing to do with your application. Get a simple letter from your accountant covering the details you have already decided and you should be fine. Make sure all your evidences corroborate each other from penny-to-penny.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
However do i need to submit the P60 (it will have the amount matching with payslips only) and do i need to submit the self assessment return ?

Another question is whether i need to submit all the invoices, payment remmittance slips from my agency and my business bank account statements ?

I will be indicating that i am employed(NOT self employed) in the application form. Is this OK ?
