Dear Members,
I have been nominated for Scottish Funding for a post graduate part time course. I am prsently claiming WTC, CTC and Housing benefit. Will there be any effect on benefits if I go for the course? My wife is subject to immigration control and can not claim benefits. I am doing a part time job.

This is not an immigration query. Speak to your university's advice service they should have benefits advisors who can give you advice on this.
