Help: PSW rejected because the bank could not be contacted

I applied for a PSW tier 1 visa alongside my husband but was rejected on the grounds stated:
"The office has attempted and has been unable to verify the document stated above that you have supplied using standard procedures."

This is surprising to me cos I submitted both a statement of account and a letter from the bank(signed and stamped).

I will like to know if to request for administrative review or to reapply as I still have the maintenance funds in my account.

What documents do you advice to to ask from the bank as a prove of their authenticity.

I applied in Nigeria and I must say that my bank statement are original and I have more than enough money in my bank account.
