help reg eea ext family member

hi everyone
me and my wife move down to UK in 2009.She is german national and i hold indian passport.i got my 5 yr residency permit in 2010.my parents back in india use to visit UK cuz my sister use to sponsor them she holds indefinate here and my father was doing well in his business so they got 5 yrs multientry visa in 2011.bt circumstances chamged in 2013 my fathers business went down he become bankrupt cuz of my mum and dads health issue.me and my wife started financially supporting them. bt then in nov 2014 v applied for their eea ext family member permit in UK cuz they was here on there 5 yr visa.home office refused the application stating the reason we didnt show the full dependency. we appealed against the decision.What u guys recon bout appeal.
