Post by Naziahabib » Mon Feb 25, 2013 4:31 pm

Hi everyone..

I got my Hsmp in JANUARY 2008 and enter in uk on 6 of June 2008 and left UK ON 22nd of JUNE and again came back here on 25 october... I need to know that the new ILR rule that states that max of180 days in 12 cosecutive months are accepted for ILR? I have an absence of more then 90 days (125 days to be exact) in one strech in 2008.. Am i eligible for ILR in june 2013 or not. According to old rule i m sure i am not ....but this new 180 days strech absence rule is a bit confusing
Plzzzz help
