Help Required !!

Hi there,
I am currently on psw visa and applying for entrepreneur visa next month and currently i am in the process of doing my documentation. I am working six days a week and literally cant find any time to carry out all the documentation for the entrepreneur visa. I am sure if i carry on doing the documentation at my current speed, i will definitely miss the deadline for my visa application.
I request to any respectable member in the forum to help me out with "any good solicitor/lawyer" who can carry out my documentation and i just pay them their fee. I have been advised by my friends that mostly lawyers just help you out in giving directions to prepare your case and you have to do whole work on your own and as mentioned i am just dead tired at the end of my work to do this.
Any help regarding this will be highly appreciated....

Bro there are only a few solicitors who actually know this stuff as i had the same issue. I had the same problem and after a lengthy research , i submitted my case from HaqHamilton solicitors in leyton london. You can check if they can help as they did most of the stuff for me... 02085037228...hope it helps..

i have been to the same solicitors as well and some one on this forum recommended me them as well...i had short of time to put my application for entrepreneur and they helped me out a lot for all the documents and stuff...submitted my case last week and waiting for the bio-metrics...... good luck to every one out there !

Everyone on this post seem to be loving and recommending this so called expert and helpful solicitor. But the funny thing is all the members on this post are Newbies and joined today only...I hope its not another marketing stunt to lure troubled immigrants

To be honest i dont think you require a solicitor for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. It is quite straight forward and point based. However if you just want a representation and someone to check your file then their are numerous solicitors and consultants who can do it for £100-£200.

But if you want a solicitor to boost your confidence and lie to you about your probabilities then its your choice and you can waste the money.

6 of my friends who graduated with me and were on PSW have received their visas without solicitors and without refusals.

I think you may need some business consultant instead of a solicitor. Who can help you to publish article, design marketing and other materials and even get a contract. I took this professional help from someone.

Thanks for the reply, its helpful. As it is said, "life is hard for some people, but its even harder for some". So that's the point where the difference comes, but its a good point to have your application checked and reviews by some competent solicitor who know Tricks of the Trade. An expert opinion is always helpful as it leaves the error margin to minimum.

I totally agree with you ..... but if some think that solicitor or consultant will do better job than you can do it yourself so its not possible because they will only do better job if you know what you want to do and ask them to find a way to do it for you .. eg want to apply under 200k category and cant arrange funds so ask them to do it. (than worth paying money otherwise guidance is there follow it and job is done)

its simple as this

25 point for funds
25 points for funds disposable in uk
25 point for funds kept in regulated financial institution

10 points for maintenance
10 points for English language

total 95 points and job is done .

Also free help and advise is available in this forum from people who have already applied or from consultant and legal people who are using this forum and do reply to people queries etc as someone like Smehmood and others as there advise is always very helpful to all of us.
