Hello there, so this is what my plan is i have about 20k canadian dollars so that should be enough to keep me alive for a while. i have a few questions that i need to get answers for.
I plan on travelling to canada with a temporary resident visa ( im from finland so no need to apply for it ) can stay there for as long as 6 months and possibly extend it if needed.
1: - If i can find a company who is willing to go through a process called LMO i would be able to get my work permit right?
2: - Am i allowed to buy a car/having insurance on it while being there on a temporary resident visa?
3: - Can i tell the immigration officers at the airport if i get interviewed that i am here looking for a job but not going to work until i have all the papers sorted?
4: - I have applied for my IDP (international drivers permit) but it might not get approved due to the traffic violations ive had in the past so could i get a canadian drivers license while still being there as a temporary resident visa?
