Help on Resident Market Labour Test

Post by dazingkoool » Fri Aug 06, 2010 10:58 am

Hi
Can someone please provide me need assistance regarding Resident Labour Test. I am on Tier 4 visa and the company i work for is willing to sponsor me as i have been currently working for them for about 2 years. We have applied for Sponsorship licence, hopefully we will get that sorted.

I have a query that how shall my employer approach resident labour market test as we have to advertise the vaccancy to meet the requirement and technically they will have many application for the vaccancy and i assume at least one will definitely meet the job spec we put up on the advert. Hence, lawfully they cant decline the application. So is there any loop hole to exploit in order to get me working for them by successfully meeting the requirements.

Can you please advice if there are any consultancies who deals with such cases.

Regards

Thanks sir, but that does not provide specific help regarding my query. rather can you please advice which agencies/consultancies can carry out this test on behalf of my employer as the process for carrying out this test looks complex. I really appreciate for your help on previous questions.
