help: student dependant 2010

Post by byrwin » Sat Feb 06, 2010 2:30 pm

Hi

I've been studying here in london for more than a year. My husband denied 4x when he applied as a student last agust 2008 - april 2009. We just got married last august 2009. This coming March 2010 he is planning to apply again but this time as a student dependant.

His refusal reasons were:
1. The school was not registered
2. The school again was not registered, the college tried to send a letter (proof that they are sorting out to get their license back) but the embassy refused it
3. the fund wasnt enough
4. the sponsor's funding his studies but couldnt meet the required amount having no any assets declared.

The question is, would it be a bad reflection of his application?Thank you and God bless.

The case worker will have access to the previous applications and so the best way to do this is to declare that you had applied previously and state the refusal reasons, and attach all proof.
