HELP: SWITCHING FROM SEGS TO STUDENT

Post by givaunchy007 » Wed Dec 19, 2007 11:33 am

Hi all,

A friend of mine has just applied for his student visa (switched from SEGS to student), he sent the application on the date his SEGS visa expired by Royal Mail special delivery. Is this okay? or will he be in trouble with the home office for sending his application late (because they won't get the application until the day after his visa has expired). Please anybody with a similar experience/knowledge please share. Thanks.
