Hi, my brother applied spouse visa from Bangladesh. Been refused and he appealed against t decision. Just before a week of his hearing date he got phone call from Bangladesh embassy that his hearing date been cancelled and decision been overturn ed by entry clearance officer but before to issues visa he has to retake his English test as it was expired. And officef need to see original certificate. My brother passed his English test after 4 month. My query is will they ask for any other doc with this?
