HELP!!

My appeal was allowed 9 weeks ago. I have not received anything from HO yet. When i called they said I should get a response within one month if not then i can call again!!! First-tier tribunal told me they have to issue my RC within 2 months after my appeal is allowed.What is the best thing to do now? Please GURUS and fellow members give me some advice. I am tired of waiting for that freaking RC.Any thoughtful advice would be appreciated. Cheers.

Does anyone know the contact details of the Home Office CEO? It is not rob Whitman anymore is it?
